Clinical Features:
A 38-year-old male patient came with hematuria.
Ultrasound Features:
- Irregular hypoechoic area attached to the left posterolateral wall of the urinary bladder.
- Color Doppler shows internal vascularity.
Ultrasound Diagnosis:
Urinary bladder mass.
