Clinical Features:

A 5-year-old female patient with recurrent central abdominal pain


Ultrasound Features:

  • Multiple enlarged mesenteric lymph nodes are seen at the paraumbilical region, largest measuring 10mm x 6.7mm. 


Ultrasound Diagnosis:

  • Mesenteric lymphadenopathy

Clinical Features:

A 12-year-old male patient with fever & central abdominal pain


Ultrasound Features:

  • The liver is mildly enlarged in size, normal in shape & smooth in contour.
  • Multiple enlarged mesenteric lymph nodes are seen at the paraumbilical region, largest measuring 16mm x 8.5mm. 


Ultrasound Diagnosis:

  • Hepatomegaly
  • Mesenteric lymphadenopathy
